How can I make a return?

Request the collection of the products by calling 630 80 89 55 or send us an email with the withdrawal model to att.client@elgir.cat.

 

We will send a carrier to pick up your order at the address you choose.

 

Steps to return home:

 

  1. Call 630 80 89 55 or send us an email with the withdrawal model to att.client@elgir.cat .
  2. Pack and prepare your order. Prepare the products with the original packaging or similar.
  3.  Deliver the package to the carrier.
  4. You will receive your refund. From the package arrives at our warehouses, it will take 3 working days for you to receive a refund of the amount of your purchase through the payment method you chose.

 

What amount will I be paid for the return of a product?

We pay you the amount you have paid for the products after verifying that the items are in good condition. Please note that the cost of the transport service contracted at the time of purchase is not refunded.

 

We make the return in the same payment method that you used to make your purchase as long as the products are in their original packaging.

 

When will I receive my refund? 

In the event that you request a home delivery through our customer service: You will receive the amount on your card or bank account within 3 working days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouses.
